Paid Internship

• Part-Time temporary (20 hours/week)

• $10.00/hour

• Flexible Schedule

• Performance Evaluations Every 16 Weeks

• College & High School Internship Eligible (where applicable)

Program Overview

This internship is designed to develop future business professionals through real-world experience in customer service, sales, leadership, and restoration operations.

Interns will complete three progressive 16-week programs that build upon one another.

By the end of the internship, students will have developed transferable skills that apply to virtually every industry.

Internship Responsibilities

You'll work alongside our leadership team while learning how to:

• Build relationships with local businesses

• Attend networking events

• Visit referral partners

• Answer incoming customer calls

• Learn professional sales conversations

• Shadow experienced sales professionals

• Assist with CRM organization

• Follow up with prospects

• Learn referral marketing

• Participate in weekly coaching and training sessions
