We’re looking for an Interface Manager to join the team and help deliver this world‑class program. What you’ll do: Implement and maintain robust governance structures across the project lifecycle. Act as the primary interface between internal departments, external partners, and local officials. Connect dots across diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making. Drive day-to-day project operations, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated. What you’ll need: Extensive experience in project management, chief of staff roles, or interface management within pharma, biotech, or complex manufacturing environments. Proven ability to wear multiple hats and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑paced settings. Strong understanding of governance frameworks and stakeholder management.
