Agile Operations Lead - Data and AI Platform

What You Will Do In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating delivery across a complex enterprise data analytics and AI platform supporting diplomacy. What You Will Need An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance. Bachelor's degree SIX (6) or more years' professional experience in consulting, product/platform management, project coordination, or Agile delivery including: THREE (3) or more years' working on Agile projects and hands-on experience using an Agile work‑management tool (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello). TWO (2) or more years' maintaining delivery documentation and providing executive level status reporting. TWO (2) or more years' experience in contracts, budget, delivery resources, and cross-functional teams What Would Be Nice To Have Familiarity with Palantir Foundry's core platform concepts (e.g., ontology objects, workshops, and other applications). Experience coordinating work across multiple product teams, including engineering, data, and operations. Experience in fast-paced environments with complex dependencies, across multiple contractors, and multiple stakeholder groups. Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
