Bilingual Recruiter
Graves, McCracken, Calloway County
** 6:30am-4:30p Monday-Thursday **
Work for the BEST Staffing company in Western Kentucky! Voted BEST 8 years and counting!
Experience in Staffing, Recruiting, or HR is required.
Spanish/English Bilingual
The right candidate will be personable and comfortable recruiting and interviewing potential candidates.
Duties for Bilingual Recruiter will include:
- Reviewing Resumes
- Scheduling Candidates, via text, email, or phone call
- Interviewing
- Onboarding and training of new hires
- Coaching and termination duties, when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements / Skills for Bilingual Recruiter:
- Must be bilingual, Spanish and English
- Customer - Service oriented
- Must be comfortable speaking with candidates
- Computer skills
- Office experience / skills
- Recruiting or Staffing experience
- Strong willingness and desire to learn!
- ** Ability to travel between Graves County, McCracken County, Calloway County Offices **
- Must be able to work 6:30am-4:30p Monday-Thursday
