Senior Lead Commercial Banking Portfolio ManagerWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B as part of the Commercial Bank.In this role, you will:Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across groups and functionsLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the companyDeliver solutions that are long term, large scale, which require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, coordination of highly complex activities, and guidance to othersProvide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide strategies within Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional areaEngage with Commercial Banking Portfolio Management professionals and managers across the company and serve as an expert advisor to leadershipRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience with complex credit, underwriting, and debt structure for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2BCredit authority experienceStrong partnership within internal and external partnersCompletion of a formal credit training programComprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services such as, commercial lending and treasury managementExperience developing and maintaining external and internal partnershipsExperience in swiftly adopting and executing change management to enable business growthExperience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and proceduresExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or businessJob Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
