Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer, Sales (APJ) (Fully Remote)

GitLab

Source, screen, and engage passive candidates for sales roles across the APJ region using LinkedIn and outbound channels.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, business priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
Map talent markets and build and maintain representative candidate pipelines and talent benches.

What you'll bring:

Relevant experience sourcing passive candidates in a fully outbound environment, ideally for Account Executive roles in software.
Strong research skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Clear communication and organization skills to manage multiple searches and priorities remotely.
