CASE COORDINATOR

Position Summary The Case Coordinator provides administrative and program support for medical readiness operations and assists Case Managers with documentation, scheduling, tracking, and reporting functions.

- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per Week
- Monday through Friday
- 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Eastern Time
- On-site support required
- Participation in SRP and Medical Readiness Events as assigned
- Assist with case intake and processing.
- Maintain case files and supporting documentation.
- Track Soldier medical readiness requirements.
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate communications with Soldiers and military units.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up actions.
- Support Medical Readiness Events and SRPs.
- Upload and maintain records within Government systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Administrative, clerical, or customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
