CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

The Customer Service Coordinator's primary responsibility is to coordinate the scheduling and presentation of APCO Institute education and training programs, courses and offerings.

General Description of Essential Job Tasks:

The following are general descriptions of the essential job tasks of the position. Other related tasks may be assigned as necessary and appropriate.

• Coordinate APCO Institute course offerings
• Schedule and contract APCO Institute adjunct training instructors based on offering and instructor availability.
• Process registrations, obtain payment information and forward all payment and billing requests to the accounting department
• Update and maintain records of online training course activities
• Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, fax, mail and email.
• Create, distribute and collect customer service surveys for educational programs and courses
• Updates and maintains databases as required
• Maintain electronic files, records and archives of department activities and affiliated Committees, Taskforces, Workgroups, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Preferred two years' clerical, administrative, or customer service experience


Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
