Responsibilities Title : Occupational Therapist Location/work environment : In facility Reporting structure : Reporting to Director of Rehab Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. Design individualized programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence. Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers, make referrals when necessary, and adapt to patient needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
