Job Description

Position Summary

The Coating & Laminating QC Supervisor is responsible for complete line ownership and performance accountability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Lead shift production.
Optimize yield and throughput.
Work directly with Production Manager on process improvements.
Assist in new product line trials (IR, ceramic, metallized films).
Root cause analysis for defects.
