Caregivers Richfield, OH The Renaissance of Richfield/ Bath located in Richfield, Ohio is currently seeking both full-time and part-time Caregivers to join our team! As a Caregiver you will provide patient care under direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens. Schedule & Pay Details: Shift Options:

7PM - 7AM

3PM - 11PM

Flexible & Short Shifts Available! Pay: $16 - $19/hour, offer dependent on shift time and previous experience Benefits: All Employees: Paid Time Off 401K Full-Time Employees: Medical Dental Vision Additional responsibilities: Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed Providing physical support to assist patients to perform activities of daily living Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans Observing residents to detect symptoms that may require medical attention Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses Requirements: Previous experience working as a Caregiver preferred CNA license preferred The doors of Renaissance Richfield/Bath on Everett Road open into a community that calls Main Street home.
