Production Technician / Production Assistant (Night Shift) Pay: $20-$23/hr + $2.50/hr shift differential Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AMJob Summary

We're looking for a Production Technician to support quality and production operations in a manufacturing environment. You'll operate CNC machinery, inspect parts, use measuring tools, read blueprints, and help ensure products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machined parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Read blueprints and specifications to verify part accuracy
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Review inspection reports and identify quality concerns
• Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Document findings and maintain quality records
• Support LEAN and 5S initiatives
• Work closely with production and quality teams to improve processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience
• Experience operating production equipment (CNC experience a plus)
• Quality inspection experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently on night shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston-Salem, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
