Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA. Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. New graduates accepted. First-time travelers accepted. Ability to meet productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day with routine double-booking of follow-up visits. Candidate must be willing to float to other clinics as needed. OT hours must be approved by director before working overtime.

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Type: 8-hour day shift. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours. Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; will see approximately 12–14 patients per day. Float Requirement: Yes, candidate may be required to float to other clinics.
