Stone Logistics Inc is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. As a Psychiatrist at our company, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide comprehensive mental health care services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals
• Prescribe and monitor medication regimens for patients
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and medical providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Stay informed on current research and developments in the field of psychiatry
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of care in the provision of mental health services

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Psychiatry
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatry preferred
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
