Shift Details: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and assemble products according to established recipes and quality standards.

• Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure product integrity.

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery efficiently and safely to meet production targets.

• Assist with packaging, warehouse duties, dishwashing, and order fulfillment.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.

• Dependable, punctual, and a proactive team player.

• Eagerness to learn new skills and cross-train across production areas.

• Ability to work independently, follow detailed procedures, and uphold high safety standards.

• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform bending and reaching.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing.

• Knowledge of USDA standards or existing food safety certifications.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• Adaptability to changing work schedules, including weekends and holidays.

• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with USDA guidelines.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
