Key Responsibilities: Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures. Record patient vital signs and medical histories with accuracy and efficiency. Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are maintained in a clean and safe condition. Coordinate patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups. Manage electronic medical records and ensure all patient information is up-to-date. Provide patients with education and instructions on treatment plans and medication regimens. Perform phlebotomy and administer injections as directed by healthcare providers. Handle front desk duties, including patient check-in/out, handling phone inquiries, and processing insurance information. Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory of medical supplies and equipment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma from an accredited medical assistant program preferred. Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
