Seasonal HR Specialist

Compensation and Benefits Pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45. Shift differential of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour may apply. Responsibilities Deliver consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools. Provide guidance and operational support for workforce routines, training recordkeeping, onboarding, and day‑to‑day HR services. Apply established best practices to support staffing, retention, engagement, and compliance. Coordinate with site leadership, HR partners, cross‑functional teams, and external vendors on staffing and onboarding. Ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant HR program delivery with a focus on the team member experience. Adjust job duties as required to meet evolving business needs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of administrative experience. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems (Excel, Word, O365). Strong customer/client service and communication skills. Ability to anticipate problems, prioritize, organize, and complete tasks accurately. Ability to handle highly confidential information and make fair, consistent decisions. Multi‑tasking and flexibility to adapt to change. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
