Salary: $93,000 - 133,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience in dental or oral surgery is helpful, though not required.

• We build and nurture referral relationships with general dentists and specialists across our territory and neighboring communities.
• We conduct regular field visits, including scheduled meetings and drop-ins with dental offices and administrative contacts.
• We represent our practice professionally and maintain a steady presence throughout the assigned territory.
• We monitor referral trends, identify growth opportunities, and share market insights with leadership.
• We partner with surgeons and regional leaders to support territory-specific growth strategies.
• We help promote new practice openings, new services, and new providers through targeted campaigns.
• We track outreach activity and results to support data-driven decisions and referral planning.
• We capture examples of return on investment from outreach efforts, such as event-driven referral growth.
• We plan, schedule, and support Lunch & Learns, CE courses, Open Houses, and other relationship-building events.
• We coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, attendee management, communications, and day-of execution.
• We evaluate event performance and report its impact on referral engagement and patient volume.
• We create engaging content such as photos, short videos, and written features to support marketing initiatives.
• We manage social media content calendars, including posting, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• We stay current on social media trends, editing tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and on brand.
• We travel within the territory as needed to support referral development and practice operations.
• We manage our schedule, priorities, and travel planning across multiple locations to work efficiently.
• We maintain accurate records of field activity, market contacts, and communications.
• We submit weekly activity summaries or other reports as requested by management.

We are Oklahoma Dental Implants & Oral Surgery, with four locations in Edmond, Norman, Mustang, and Lawton, Oklahoma. This full-time role is based in the office when not traveling to referral communities and requires local travel within the territory.
