Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements
- Current nursing license in the state
- Basic Life Support certification
- Graduate of an approved Nursing program preferred
- Basic Dysrhythmia preferred or obtained prior to completion of orientation
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or obtained prior to completion of orientation

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit and carry out medical orders.
- Document comprehensive clinical information, including care plans.
- Communicate patient information for continuity and safety through various reporting methods.
- Participate in safety huddles and collaborate with team members to promote a culture of well-being.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with nursing competencies.
- Serve as a preceptor for new nurses and participate in the peer feedback process for reviews.

Compliance / Notes
- Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid.
- The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13 week contract.
