They're a team of designers, creators, and doers at an exciting stage of growth, expanding their client portfolio and raising the bar on what brand experiences can be.The RoleWe're hiring a Project Leader to serve as the connective tissue across Brand Apart's creative workstreams — blending project management with strategic account stewardship.You'll manage integrated creative projects end-to-end, own client relationships across multiple executive levels, and keep alignment intact between internal teams and clientcounterparts.A key focus of this role is Brand Apart's upcoming partnership with Chick-fil-A, leading two flagship experiences: the Regional Planning Meeting (RPM) in October 2026 and NEXT,the annual leadership conference for Operators and Staff in 2027. From there, you'll grow into a trusted lead across similar high-profile engagements.What You'll DoServe as the primary client contact and internal advocate across design, video, strategy, environmental, and event logistics teamsScope new projects — budgets, resourcing, and timelines — in partnership with creative teams- Package, pitch, and present proposals to clientsMaintain and enforce project management in Monday.com; hold all stakeholders accountable to milestonesMeet regularly with Relationship Leads to deliver strategic feedback and recommendations- Drive daily logistics to ensure all deadlines are met or exceededIdentify new opportunities within accounts and grow client relationships consultatively- Foster a unified, encouraging environment across staff, contractors, and vendorsThe PathThis role is designed to grow. You'll start as the lead on two major Chick-fil-A experiences and build toward owning a portfolio of high-profile engagements as a trusted senior voice at Brand Apart.Who We're Looking For- 3–8 years of client relations and project management experience- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously- Comfortable problem-solving directly with clients without always needing team input- Strong emotional intelligence with both clients and internal teams- Excellent attention to detail and a sharp sense of timeline navigationMulti-disciplinary thinker — comfortable across creative, strategic, and logistical challenges- Charismatic communicator with natural client gravitasNice to Have- Experience in a creative agency or experiential marketing environment- Familiarity with large-scale event or conference production- Experience managing enterprise-level client accounts- Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management toolsCompensationCompetitive base salary.
