Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Convert agency-provided leads, warm prospects, and referrals into new clients
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance
• Consistently follow up with leads to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer activity through our CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and production goals
• Provide an exceptional client experience from initial contact through the sale
• Participate in daily sales coaching, training, and team meetings
• Develop the sales skills and insurance expertise needed for long-term career and leadership growth

Requirements

• Able to manage multiple leads and opportunities while maintaining consistent follow-up
• Sales, insurance, financial services, automotive, real estate, or business development experience is a plus

Property Casualty license preferred, but not required — licensing support available for qualified candidates
