Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including monitoring vital signs and daily assessment.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
- Document care provided, monitor residents’ status, and report changes promptly to the supervising nurse.
- Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, therapists, and other members of the care team to implement and adjust care plans.
- Maintain safety, infection control, and patient comfort; assist with procedures as needed.
- Complete accurate records and participate in rounds, care planning, and staff communication.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting with residents who have varying acuity
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a travel assignment with a variable schedule
