The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex enterprise challenges, influencing organizational direction, and building future-ready platforms that balance agility, performance, security, and operational excellence.You will report to an Associate Director of Enterprise Architecture.The Lead Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining enterprise-wide technology strategy and architecture standards. These standards and modernization roadmaps apply across a complex healthcare ecosystem, which spans payer, provider, pharmacy, clinical, corporate, and tech domains. Additionally, the Lead Enterprise Architect governs digital transformation initiatives.This role partners with executive leadership, product teams, engineering organizations, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to drive enterprise architecture strategy with a strong emphasis on:Software RationalizationTechnology Domain StrategyApplication ModernizationCloud TransformationPlatform StandardizationOperational ResiliencyCost OptimizationYou combine strategic thinking, healthcare domain expertise, architecture governance leadership, and hands-on technology depth to enable scalable, secure, compliant, and efficient enterprise platforms.Work Style: This position's work style is remote from any of the locations listed below. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$142,300 - $195,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
