Key Responsibilities Provide one-on‑one support tailored to each client’s needs Assist with daily living activities and skill-building Required Qualifications (Must Have) Experience supporting children and/or adults on the autism spectrum, as well as those with Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities Strong understanding of person‑centered care and behavioral support Patience, reliability, and professionalism Ability to follow care plans and agency policies Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required) Ability to pass background check and meet hiring requirements Client Matching Notice Some clients and families may express caregiver preferences to support comfort and care needs.
