Travel RN – ICU (Night Shift/ Day Shift )

Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Are you an experienced ICU RN with the confidence and clinical skills to manage high-acuity patients on the night shift? Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a strong, detail-driven ICU Travel Nurse for an exciting opportunity in New Mexico , where your expertise in critical care will make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver expert care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting
Manage ventilators , high-flow oxygen , and BiPAP systems
Administer and titrate vasoactive drips and monitor complex rhythms
Apply the ABCDEF bundles to optimize patient outcomes
Float to IMC as needed
Document using the MedHost EMR system

What You Need:

Active RN license in New Mexico (or compact)
ACLS & BLS certifications
Strong skills in rhythm interpretation , ventilator management , and critical thinking
Comfort managing patients with advanced disease processes
Willingness to work night shifts and float between units as needed

Preferred Experience:

Cardiac background , especially with IABP and Impella
CRRT competency
TNCC certification
Familiarity with MedHost EMR
