The firm is seeking a Trial Paralegal with 4+ years of experience. The Trial Paralegal position is great for someone who is detail oriented, and has experience preparing for trial and discovery proceedings. Trial Paralegal Key Responsibilities: Drafting and serving Notice of Settlements Communicate with clients, external counsel, and internal team members in a professional, clear, and efficient manner Assist attorneys with proofreading and finalizing pleadings, motions, and related court documents in compliance with federal, state, and local rules MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), TOC/TOA creation, Compare Docs, and Track Changes Experience using Adobe Acrobat, iManage, SharePoint, ShareFile, Relativity, Logikcull, PACER, CM/ECF Please submit your resume in MS Word Format for immediate and confidential consideration.
