About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll work with prospective clients to understand their needs, explain available life insurance solutions, and help them find coverage that fits their individual situation. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants flexibility, and is motivated to build their own success.

What You’ll Do

• Client Conversations: Connect with prospective clients, learn about their needs, and help identify appropriate insurance solutions.
\n
• Product Education: Explain life insurance products and living benefits in a clear, straightforward way so clients can make informed decisions.
\n
• Sales & Follow-Up: Present available solutions, answer questions, follow up with prospects, and guide clients through the application process.
\n
• Relationship Building: Establish trust with clients and provide ongoing service that encourages long-term relationships and referrals.
\n
• Business Development: Maintain consistent sales activity while developing and expanding your client base.
\n
• Professional Growth: Take advantage of training, resources, and ongoing support to strengthen your product knowledge and sales skills.
\n
• Compliance: Conduct business professionally while following applicable insurance regulations and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
\n
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
\n
• Professional and confident when speaking with clients
\n
• Coachable and willing to learn
\n
• Previous sales or insurance experience is preferred, but not required
\n
• A life insurance license is not required to apply. If you are not currently licensed, we can assist you with the licensing process.
\n
• Must reside in the U.S.
\n

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position . Compensation is 100% commission-based, plus bonuses and performance incentives, with no caps . Your earning potential is based on your production and results.
