Overview Operations - Project Management - Associate-102030-TEMPLATE As a valued colleague on our team, you will support the team in planning, initiating, and managing projects. You will assist in identifying action steps and their owners and coordinate the efforts to achieve results within planned timelines and budgets, as well as report on progress against targets and make adjustments as needed. Responsibilities Participate in the development of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects. Monitor and report on the work of a team. Report on the progress of a project. Consult with manager on the refinement of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor degree or equivalent Skills Influencing: negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict Operational Excellence: improving and overseeing operations Documentation and database reporting for analysis, data discovery, and decision-making using software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS Risk Assessment and Management: evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk Managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion Gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions Collaborating with people from different functional areas toward a common goal Presenting information and ideas in an engaging, understandable way Product Development: designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping Analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions Helping an organization plan and manage change to meet strategic objectives Graphical representation of information using charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI Relationship Management: managing stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting Tools Experience using Microsoft Project Experience using scheduling software to book events Microsoft Teams Tableau SharePoint Salesforce CRM JIRA Excel The future is what you make it to be.
