ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join the commercial team of our Plastic and Coatings division in the Sales and Business Development Program, designed to prepare future commercial leaders within our organization.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire U.S. market, working directly with leadership and learning how to connect technical solutions with real customer needs.

During the first phase of the program, the focus will be on learning, development, and market exposure, rather than immediate sales performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support commercial activities across the U.S. in the plastics and coatings industries.

• Learn how to position and adapt our products and services to customer needs

• Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions

• Work closely with leadership on strategic accounts

• Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics and applications in the plastic and coatings sectors.

• Gradually take ownership of customer relationships over time

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree. *Not essential, but recommended. We will also consider candidates without a degree or with degrees in other fields who are keen to take on the challenge.

• Strong interest in developing a career in technical sales

• Good communication skills and business curiosity

• Willingness to travel within the U.S. (up to 50% of the time)

• No prior sales experience required — We’re looking for attitude, not aptitude.

• High level of responsibility and commitment with long-term projects.

• Spanish language skills are a plus
