AEITS, Inc. a GTSC Company, is growing its team: we are seeking Network Engineers for Levels 1, 2, and 3, depending on qualifications and experience.~~~ These positions are pending contract award ~~~~~~ Compensation ranges from $109K to 117K (NE1), $117K-170K (NE2), and $170K to $209,000 (NE3) depending on experience. Security Clearance: active Top Secret / SCI with appropriate polygraph. Mission Description:We are seeking skilled Network Engineers at multiple experience levels to support mission-critical network infrastructure, design, and security operations. Candidates will contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of complex networking environments supporting enterprise and DoD/IC systems.Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland area~~~~ All work is on-site, in-person in a SCIF environment. This is not a hybrid or remote position.Clearance: Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph. Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for network and system administratorsMonitor, maintain, and improve network infrastructure performanceSupport network design, architecture, and system upgradesConduct Computer Network Defense (CND) operationsPerform network configuration, testing, and quality assuranceDevelop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and accreditationsIntegrate hardware and software solutions to meet compliance standards (ISO, DoD/IC)Troubleshoot network issues and ensure system availability Additional Responsibilities (Mid/Senior Levels):Oversee network equipment support and operationsLead integration of platforms into CND environmentsResolve complex network issues using advanced tools and simulationDesign and implement network architectures and modulesLead large-scale network deployments and projectsDevelop algorithms and models related to networking and telecommunications systems Required Qualifications Level 1:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)1–3 years of network engineering experienceCisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Level 2:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)8–10 years of experienceCCNP required Level 3:Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience)10–16 years of experienceCisco certification requiredDoD 8570 IAT Level III certification requiredDesired Skills, all levels:Network design and architectureCybersecurity / CND operationsWAN/LAN technologiesNetwork performance tuning and automationCompliance frameworks (DoD, ISO)Network modeling and simulation tools BENEFITS - Full-time EmployeesWe believe great work starts with supporting our people.
