Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead to oversee and support operators across our injection molding and CNC departments, as well as in automated machinery areas. This role is pivotal in ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Train and support operators in injection molding, CNC, and automated machinery.
• Monitor daily production output to ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with specifications and procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Assist with shift handoffs, reporting, and production documentation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Elgin,IL.
