Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, every other Saturday
Credentialing State: New Jersey.

Job Description:
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents Client's to patients and is responsible for collecting high-quality blood samples and preparing specimens for laboratory testing while following established practices and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens in a safe, skillful, and accurate manner.
- Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties.
- Verify patient demographic information, initials, and signatures after venipuncture.
- Ensure specimen tubes are properly labeled and verify the patient's information on the labels.
- Maintain required records and documentation.
- Maintain a safe, professional environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform daily activities accurately and on time.
- Work effectively in a high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrate confidentiality and accuracy when handling patient information.
- Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
- Support multiple locations or Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
- 3 years of phlebotomy experience required , including:
- Pediatric collections
- Geriatric collections
- Capillary collections
- Minimum 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred.
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
- Keyboard/data-entry experience.
- Excellent phlebotomy skills.
- bility to work in a fast-paced environment and provide quality, error-free work.
- bility to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
- Flexible availability based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
- bility to travel between locations and cover PSC/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.
- Strong communication, customer-service, and organizational skills.
Training: Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
