Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 12 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract NICU - Registered Nurse - Nights - PRN Start Dates: ASAP Orientation Dates: ASAP PRN Ongoing contract - could be up to 6 months long Hours: 12 hours per week Must be available to work at least 1 shift per week (if they have a full-time job and can't commit to 1 shift per week this job is not for them) Shifts are pre-booked in advance, similar to traveler scheduling Facility may cancel shifts with at least 2 hours’ notice Candidate must send us their full months availability every single month. Shift: Nights Float Requirements: Candidates will be asked to float based on scope On Call Requirement: NO Certs: BLS, NRP Advanced License: Active CA RN License If CA License is expired, it will need to be renewed If applying for CA License, please call the senators office to expediate the application Experience: Must have experience: 1 year of NICU Must have 2 years of RN experience Level 3 NICU Travel Experience preferred, however, not required COVID VACCINE REQUIREMENT: Kaiser will no longer require COVID-19 vaccines, and candidates will not need boosters.
