This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate psychiatric care in a collaborative, patient-centered outpatient practice. What You Will Do Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for adult behavioral health patients in an outpatient setting. Develop individualized treatment plans while promoting recovery-oriented, evidence-based care. Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, primary care providers, advanced practice providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. Build meaningful therapeutic relationships while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of Virtua's Behavioral Health services.
