Physician - Child Abuse Pediatrician

Child Abuse Pediatrician Ochsner Children's is seeking a board certified or board eligible Child Abuse Pediatrician to lead its expanding system of care across New Orleans, LA and the Gulf South. Responsibilities Oversight of program development to provide outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department consults for suspected abuse and neglect in collaboration with a new Parish (county)-funded child advocacy center. The development of this service line is coordinated with a brand‑new trauma program and the opening of a brand new comprehensive pediatric emergency department (within the all new Ochsner Children's Hospital) in early 2028. Receive the time and the support needed to provide patient‑ and family‑centric medical evaluations and care with strong support from Children’s Hospital leadership and administration.
