Your Purpose: As the General Manager at Salute Market, you'll serve as the vital bridge between Ownership and our dedicated staff. Reporting directly to the ownership team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's growth through strategic systems and processes. What You'll Do: -Coordinate and orchestrate daily restaurant operations, both Front of House and Back of House. -Hold ultimate responsibility for the Master Calendar, ensuring seamless coordination. -Manage backend operations of Revel POS software. -Cultivate and maintain the master schedule for all departments. -Swiftly respond to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring top-tier service. -Organize and oversee shifts to maintain operational excellence. -Evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback to enhance productivity. -Estimate future needs for essentials like small wares, utensils, and menus. -Uphold compliance with sanitation, safety regulations, and cleanliness. -Nurture the restaurant's image and propose improvements for its enhancement. -Spearhead operational cost management and strategies to reduce waste. -Efficiently manage labor resources while identifying opportunities to optimize. -Ability to properly leverage financial reporting resources to ensure monthly goals are met Your Qualifications: -Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, particularly Revel, is essential. -2-5 years in a complex leadership role. -Strong organizational skills for effectively managing multiple responsibilities. -Proven training experience, fostering a culture of growth and learning. -Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate and steer a dynamic team. -Adept at managerial functions, including hiring, training, and discipline. -Unwavering dedication to exceptional customer service and experience enhancement.
