Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in databases and spreadsheets.
• Organize digital files, records, and business documents.
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
• Monitor emails and assist with correspondence and follow-ups.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Research and compile information for executives and management.
• Track deadlines, projects, and assigned tasks.
• Coordinate virtual meetings and maintain meeting schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling business information.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements
