About the Role

We are hiring Remote Customer Service Specialists to support a high-volume customer service environment. In this role, you'll handle inbound customer inquiries, make occasional outbound calls, update customer information, and navigate multiple systems while providing professional support.

This is a fast-paced position ideal for candidates with strong call center experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask while working remotely.

Equipment is provided for the duration of the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
• Make outbound calls as needed
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
• Follow established processes and procedures

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience working in a high-volume inbound call center environment
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask between multiple systems while speaking with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
• Available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
