About This Role The RN Ambulatory position in Cardiovascular Medicine at Cleveland Clinic involves providing professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting, assessing health status, and collaborating with a dedicated team to enhance patient care outcomes. Highlights Pay: $33.50 - $53.40/hour Location: Mayfield Hts, OH Facility: Hillcrest Hospital Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting. Assess health status, complete nursing assessments, perform telephone triage and establish care plans. Administer medications and treatments. Initiate CPR and other emergency measures. Notify the physician and/or LIP of abnormal findings. Assist with specialized diagnostic procedures, therapeutic procedures and specialized patient care equipment. Develop, evaluate, adapt and document health education and provide it to patients and families. Cover other nursing roles within the department. Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures, as needed. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience One year of recent experience as an RN. Will consider LPN, Medical Assistant and/or other unlicensed clinical healthcare experience in substitution of RN experience for current Cleveland Clinic caregivers. Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
