Account Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Account Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity located in Guilford, CT. Responsibilities: Manage customer orders from entry through shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Coordinate production schedules, inventory availability, and delivery requirements to meet customer expectations. Communicate order status, production timelines, and project updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with production, purchasing, quality, scheduling, and shipping departments to address challenges and prevent delays. Investigate and resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, and service issues in a professional and timely manner. Support customer projects throughout the entire order lifecycle, from initial request through successful delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and project activities within company systems. Monitor open orders and proactively identify potential risks that may impact delivery schedules or customer satisfaction. Develop strong working relationships with assigned accounts and become a trusted resource for customers' ongoing business needs. Continuously provide exceptional service while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications: 3-5 years of Account Coordinator or Customer Service experience.
