As an EPSI Worx Recruiter, you will receive comprehensive training and gain valuable experience in sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to job opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment sources, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability for positions.Candidate Engagement: Contact and communicate with candidates to explain job opportunities, gather information, and schedule interviews.Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates through professional and courteous interactions.Administrative Support: Assist senior recruiters with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and job posting.Maintain accurate candidate records in the company's database.Learning and Development: Participate in training programs to develop recruitment skills and industry knowledge.Stay updated on recruiting best practices and industry trends.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior recruiters and team members to support recruitment efforts.Assist with scheduling candidate interviews and coordinating logistics.Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.Maintain confidentiality and handle candidate information with discretion.QualificationsDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).Prior Recruitment or Staffing experience is a plus but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.Eagerness to learn and develop recruiting skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams).Professionalism and a strong work ethic.Join and embark on an exciting career in recruitment.
