Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary This role assists and consults customers on Comcast products and services, providing demonstrations and driving sales and service experience. Compensation is $15.00 base hourly plus commission, total $22.69 per hour. Responsibilities Represent products and services, sharing knowledge and demonstrating capabilities to customers. Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on full capabilities. Apply a customer‑first approach, listening and evaluating customer needs to provide appropriate solutions. Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives. Onboard customers, ensuring they understand how to use and manage all company products/services. Perform operational and administrative tasks; partner with customer care to resolve issues. Maintain professionalism, integrity and a friendly demeanor with customers and teammates. Adhere to company and retail operational policies and procedures. Complete required training and actively participate in team huddles and learning sessions. Understand and apply the sales compensation plan. Work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed; may work in alternate stores outside of home base store. Maintain regular, consistent attendance and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Required). 2‑5 years of relevant work experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, problem solving, customer focus, persuasion, professionalism and teamwork skills. Compensation Base pay: $15.00 per hour. Total targeted compensation (base pay plus commission): $22.69 per hour.
