Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the GI Lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, specifically in procedural recovery, PACU, and telemetry settings.

Orientation Schedule

• First day Monday orientation
• Expected duration: 6-8 hours for EKG tests, modules, and Epic test out
• Non-billable orientation hours: 16 hours

Work Schedule

Full-time positions are available with varying start times between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM. Expect an average of 36-40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years, with a preference for travel or PRN experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a valid Illinois RN license, CPR, and ACLS certifications.
• Responsibilities: Includes admitting patients, recovering patients in Phase II, and assisting in the procedure room as needed.
• Floating can occur between multiple locations in the region.
• Weekend and holiday requirements: None.

Interested candidates should submit an updated resume, two current references, and a completed skills checklist. Candidates must have passed the EKG test with a score of 80% or higher, as well as current CPR and ACLS certifications.

All credentials are due the Thursday before the start date.

Payroll Information

Payroll is processed biweekly through a designated system.
