Theatre, Gallery and Event Staff (Part Time)

Posting Summary Rutgers University-Camden FASC is seeking multiple part‑time positions for Theatre, Gallery, and Event Staff. The role will assist the Department and Production Manager with constructing scenery, set design, setting up lights, sound equipment, props, and special effects for productions, concerts, and events in theaters and gallery exhibitions, as well as front‑of‑house operations and audience support. Assist with scenery construction and set design. Set up lights, sound equipment, props, and special effects. Support front‑of‑house operations and audience services. Lead positions available in audio, lighting, video, stage management, and scenic carpentry. Qualified candidates will have live technical theater and stage‑hand experience, or experience with audience development and front‑of‑house operations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in an administrative and/or supervisory function. Excellent communication skills and computer literacy. For leadership/managerial roles: minimum of 5 years of experience and/or increasing functional responsibility in a leadership/managerial role; a master’s degree may be required. With a master’s degree requirement, a minimum of 3 years of related experience is acceptable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
