Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: The Greens at Hendersonville, NC
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (Full-Time)

Position OverviewAs a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on care and supporting the daily needs of our residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and personal care
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Support residents during meals and with mobility needs
- Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality care
- Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
- 8-hour shifts:
- 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Every other weekend rotation required
- Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff
