Mercedes-Benz experience is a plus, but the right background from luxury hospitality or consultative sales transfers directly to this guest profile.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process - from write-up through vehicle return

• Translate technical repair findings on Mercedes-Benz's sophisticated platform into clear, confident guest communication that earns authorization through honest recommendations

• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made

• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule

• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance

• Deliver a consistent, professional Mercedes-Benz-standard guest experience that keeps owners returning to this store

• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred - candidates from luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or comparable backgrounds encouraged to apply

• Mercedes-Benz or luxury European brand service advisor experience a strong plus - familiarity with the platform and the ownership community accelerates effectiveness from day one

• Clear, composed communicator - Mercedes-Benz guests are high-expectation and the advisor who earns their loyalty does so through consistency, preparation, and honest follow-through

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail - accurate estimates and realistic timelines are non-negotiable at a Best of the Best store

• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build a long-term book of returning luxury guests

• Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
