License Required: Il Lic Certificates Required: BLS, Client Specific Details: Great strong team working at Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview is 28miles to chicago Orientation: any day during week Credentials: Due Thursday before start date, Need CBC,DS and QuantiFERON gold - within in 90 days Submittal: updated resume showing Ophthalmology experience and robotic experience, skills checklist proficient in Ophthalmology, General surgeries and robotic, 1 reference within the last year from a supervisor, verification of IL lic.
