Requirements:
- Active nursing license

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and plan patient care for assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Implement direct clinical care and manage unit-level responsibilities.
- Supervise staff and delegate appropriate patient care tasks.
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care in collaboration with facility leadership.
