Sitter Wanted - Live In Nanny/Household Assistant - Private Room + Pay - Tampa

I’m a single father in the Tampa/Westchase area looking for a reliable, caring part-time live-in nanny/household assistant for my two young children. The position includes a private bedroom, utilities and Wi-Fi at no cost, plus hourly pay. Primary hours are approximately 5am–8:15 AM Monday–Friday, helping with breakfast, getting the kids ready, and school/daycare drop-offs. Additional weekly responsibilities include cleaning, laundry, general household organization, meal prep and cooking. Approximately 20 paid hours/week total, with most daytime hours and weekends free. Additional paid evening/weekend babysitting may also be available. I’m looking for someone dependable, organized, responsible and great with children. Childcare experience and references are required. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are strongly preferred. This could be a great fit for someone who wants housing included steady part-time income while keeping most of their days free. I’m particularly interested in finding someone who can offer a live-in option, providing stability and consistency in my children's daily routine.
