Job Description Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to determine project requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. Prepare and present budget proposals to clients and stakeholders. Evaluate and manage project risks to ensure financial success. Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate records of all estimates and supporting documentation. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and construction methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate project requirements. Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate estimates.
